Curious Cubbies (the "Service") is operated by Curious Cubbies ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Curious Cubbies at https://curiouscubbies.co.uk. These Terms form the agreement between you and Curious Cubbies.

By creating an optional account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from the person responsible for the account.

Curious Cubbies is a free library of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) play and learning activities, including instructions, materials lists, extension ideas and printable colouring sheets. Activities are suggestions for adult-supervised play. You are responsible for judging whether an activity is safe and suitable for the children in your care, including choking, allergy, heat and hygiene risks.

You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at info@curiouscubbies.co.uk if you think your account has been used without permission.

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• resell, republish or commercially redistribute activity content, printables or branding;
• infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
• interfere with the security of the Service — no malware, probing, scraping, automated harvesting, or circumventing security or technical safeguards;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source of the Service.

All activity text, photographs, printables, branding and software remain the property of Curious Cubbies or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and print the content for personal or single-setting educational use with the children in your care. All other rights are reserved.

We work hard to keep the Service running but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will suit every child or setting. We may change or withdraw activities from time to time.

Activities and printables are currently available without payment or an account. Optional accounts let you save favourites. We may change or discontinue account features, but we will explain any material change clearly on the site.

We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, a security risk, or repeated or serious misuse. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@curiouscubbies.co.uk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If we change these Terms we will update this page and the date above.
